About the speaker:​

Ms. T. Punitha started her career with ISRO post her graduation from Anna University, Guindy, and Amrita, CBE. Her passion for quality education made her opt for teaching and skilling. She worked for Amrita University and then lead TCS Ignite, a special skilling program for BSc recruits.

At TCS she developed interests towards Tech-Enabled Learning and during 2009 she started Amphisoft Technologies. Her abilities in modeling education and skilling scientifically through data-driven approaches, automation in learning, mobile learning and gamified learning, all through technology, resulted in E-Box , one of the world's largest tech skilling and Engineering education platform. With a core tech team, she was able to conceptualize software engines for various services. Software engine based services are the current USP of Amphisoft. She ensured Amphisoft's growth from a 4 member team to a 150 member team over 10 years with a linear growth year on year, remaining completely bootstrapped.
